Is there a setup fee?
No, there is no setup fee for any of our plans.
Do I need a credit card to sign-up?
For billing purposes, we do require that you provide us with either a credit card or bank account information upon sign-up. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Alternatively, you can choose to have your fees directly debited from your organization’s checking account.
Which plan should I sign-up for?
If you would like to raise money year-round with a variety of different online fundraisiers (Campaigns, Wish Lists, Grassroots and Events), then you should sign-up for givezooks! Unlimited. If you are only interested in selling tickets for your Events, then you should sign-up for givezooks! Events. If you aren’t sure, please call us at 1-866-622-8817 or email us.
Do you offer discounts for an annual subscription?
If you sign-up for an annual commitment, we do offer a substantial discount.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes... Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account at anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current subscription term.
Can I change my plan later on?
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time with no additional charges.
How does credit card processing work?
givezooks! integrates with a number of merchant service providers (Authorize.net, CyberSource, PayPal and Sage). You must have an account with at least one of these providers. In all cases, funds flow directly from your donor to your organization.
Are credit card transaction fees included?
Credit card transaction fees are not included and they are paid directly to your merchant service provider.
How long do I have to wait to get my donations?
During the setup process, you will "hook up" your givezooks! account to one of our supported merchant service providers (see above). This allows funds to flow directly from your donor to your organization. In most cases, funds are available in your account in less than 48 hours.
What if I send more than 10,000 emails per month?
When you sign-up for any of our plans, we automatically sign you up for an account with our parnter VerticalResponse (VR). VR allows nonprofits to send up to 10,000 emails per month at no charge. If you need to send more than 10,000 emails per month, then click here for pricing.
